Who you would work with
I have worked on video surveillance, video management and recording systems for more than 15 years, for defense, government and enterprise customers.
For 13 years I was at Bynet Data Communications, a systems integrator. I led a delivery team for six years, then spent seven in pre-sales, preparing bids and solution designs for military, police and government customers.
Axialy is how I work now. I write the requirements, the interface specifications and the acceptance tests, and I stay through delivery until the system passes them. I work for one side of each procurement, and only the client pays me.
